Overview

Toronto Building's application for copies of building records held by the City of Toronto, emailed to bldrecords@toronto.ca and handled under the divisional policy for records disclosure. It records the applicant, the project address, any known building permit numbers and the records requested, with a declaration in which the applicant identifies as the property owner, a management company director, a holder of the owner's written consent, another authorized requester, or someone seeking only a survey, drain plan or plans for wholly residential buildings. Completed requests are retained thirty business days.
