Town of Aurora By-law Number 4809-06.D, a two-page by-law to adopt the Northeast Old Aurora Heritage Conservation District Plan, read a first, second and third time and finally passed on the 13th day of June, 2006. Its recitals trace the Official Plan, the study area, the consultants, public meetings and the Heritage Advisory Committee's endorsement under the Ontario Heritage Act, and it then adopts the District Plan and District Study dated 2006. It is the adopting by-law for the Plan.
