Overview

The Corporation of the Town of Aurora's by-law to apportion the cost of division fences, a two-page by-law passed in December 2005. It defines actual cost, basic cost, adjoining owner and division fence, then covers the notice an owner serves on the adjoining owner, how cost is shared between them, condominium corporations, the relationship to by-laws on fence height, and recovery of the adjoining owner's share. It states it may be known as the Division Fences By-law and repeals By-law No. 3468-93.
