The Town of Aurora's application form to ask for the removal of a listed property from the Aurora Register of Properties of Cultural Heritage Value or Interest, six pages dated January 2024. Page two holds the owner and agent details and a request statement; later pages give an overview quoting Section 27(3) of the Ontario Heritage Act, the process, an affidavit, owner authorization and a public record notice. It is the register's removal form, beside the Heritage Permit and Designation forms.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
