Education Development Charges By-law No. 209 of the York Catholic District School Board, linked from the Town of Aurora's development charges page. It is the Board's own by-law, not the Town's, applying to lands in the Regional Municipality of York. It covers application and defined terms, residential and non-residential education development charges, credits, payment, and the dates it comes into force and expires, and repeals By-Law No. 208. It was enacted and passed on the 21st day of May, 2024.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
