The City of Brampton Building Division's guidelines for approving temporary structures, treating the building permit, the temporary structure agreement and the securities as one process. A pre-application checklist runs through zoning, road access, moving a trailer, the MTO land use permit within 400m of a right of way, conservation authority regulated areas and signage, each with a contact. The rest sets out the agreement application and its $1336.09 fee, pre-manufactured and on-site construction details, the $40,000.00 letter of credit, occupancy and the return of securities.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
