Overview

The Engineers, Architects and Building Officials (EABO) standard form for an owner's commitment to general review, as the City of Hamilton posts it on its tents page. Part A carries the owner's five numbered confirmations: architects or professional engineers retained to review construction or demolition against the permit's plans, their reports forwarded to the Chief Building Official, a replacement retained without interruption, and the consultants told the start date. Part B is signed by each consultant, ticking architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, site services or other.

What it covers

  • Part A – To Be Completed by Owner
  • Part B – To Be Completed by Architects and Professional Engineers
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
