Chapter 680 (Signs) of the City of Kitchener Municipal Code, the sign by-law, in an 85-page consolidation dated September 2024. Its articles run from introduction, definitions and general provisions through permitted signs by zoning designation and the regulations for each sign type, such as awning, banner, billboard, fascia, ground supported, portable and roof signs, to permits, inspections, variances through the Committee of Adjustment, penalties and enforcement. Schedules map the business parks, retail core and mixed use corridors. It stands behind Kitchener's sign permit forms.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
