Overview

The City of Kitchener's one-page letter and form on emergency water service repairs on private property outside regular business hours, issued jointly by the Building Division and Kitchener Utilities and addressed to the property owner or plumbing contractor. It sets out the repair procedures that protect the potable water supply, the Kitchener Utilities contact for contamination risks, the next-business-day building permit application, inspection of the final connection and the permit fee, with print name, signature and repair address lines.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
