The Energy Efficiency Design Summary for the Prescriptive Method, a Building Code Part 9 residential form linked from Kitchener's building permit pages as the EEDS prescriptive form. It is authorized by OHBA, OBOA and LMCBO rather than written by the City. Sections record project information, the prescriptive package, design conditions, building specifications and the designer. A guide page explains each section and the airtightness targets, and it pairs with the performance version of the form.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
