The City of Kitchener's Schedule 'C1' map of the Central Neighbourhoods, a single page that outlines the boundary of the Central Neighbourhoods over the street network, with streets and railways named. The City's Corporate Services Department, Technology Innovation and Services, produced it. The City links it from its Development charges page, next to the Schedule 'C2' map of the Suburban Area, among the documents that go with the 2022 development charges by-law.
