Overview
The City of Kitchener's Zoning By-law 85-1, an office consolidation in 57 files, with its Index of Amending By-laws, table of contents, general scope, administration, interpretation, definitions, general regulations, and parking and loading sections. Zone sections follow for commercial, downtown, industrial, business park, park, institutional, agricultural, residential, commercial residential, existing use and mixed use corridor zones, then Appendices A to J. Kitchener's newer Zoning By-law 2019-051 shows lands still under 85-1 for reference. It underlies the City's building permit and planning applications.
