The City of London Planning and Development's single application form for four requests: a municipal number change, a part lot control exemption, residential boulevard parking and street renaming. Its five pages hold notes on the process, customer information notes, a schedule of fees (Schedule APP-2), and sections for pre-consultation, customer information, location of the lands, and one section for each of the four application types. It sits among the City's planning and development application forms.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
