Overview

The City of London's Development Charges rate sheets under By-law C.P.-1551-227, held as six yearly editions from 2021 to 2026. Each City brochure explains what development charges are, who pays and when they are calculated and paid, then prints that year's residential and non-residential rates by service, with notes on annual indexing and how to obtain the by-law. It sits beside the Development Charges in London guide and the 2021 background study.
