The Housing Design Catalogue User Guide, a 30-page guide published by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, not by the City of London. It accompanies the catalogue's regionally tailored housing designs, including detached accessory dwelling units, townhouses, rowhouses and multiplexes, and sets out planning, site, building code, energy, accessibility and material assumptions behind them. London's building permit page links it alongside the Housing Design Catalogue, next to the City's own permit submission guides and forms.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
