The City of London's Complete Streets Design Manual, a 146-page design guide dated August 2018. It sets out the vision and principles for complete streets, the elements of a street (pedestrian realm, cycling, transit, motor vehicles, green infrastructure, utilities), the design process, street typologies from Rapid Transit Boulevard to Rural Connector, intersection designs and performance measures. It supports the City's planning and site plan work and is linked from the Consultant Resources page.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
