Overview

The City of London Planning and Development guideline on pre-application consultation for Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments. It explains the Proposal Summary, an introductory letter or short report describing a proposed development, how it is submitted to the Manager of Planning Implementation, how staff review it and what follows at the consultation meeting.
