Overview

The City of Markham's 2014 Official Plan, Part I, in its July 17, 2024 Office Consolidation, in twelve files: the table of contents and Chapters 1 to 11. It sets out Markham's growth framework to 2031, centres and corridors, the greenway and water systems, housing, community infrastructure and parks, employment, urban design, transportation, services and utilities, the land use designations, area and site specific policies, implementation from secondary plans to site plan control, and definitions. Its maps and appendices and Chapter 12 are published separately.
