Overview
A one-page attachment, headed Attachment 1, Amended CBC By-law, that the City of Markham links as its Community Benefits Charges By-law. It holds a single amendment: section 4 of the Community Benefits Charge By-law is repealed and replaced so that the charge is 4% of the value of the land on the day before the first building permit, multiplied by the ratio of the gross floor area being built to the gross floor area of all buildings on the land afterward. The full by-law is By-law 2022-48.
