The City of Markham's By-law 2023-107, the City of Markham Pre-Application Consultation By-law, passed June 28, 2023 and in force July 1, 2023, replacing By-law 2008-148. Passed under subsections 22(3.1), 34(10.0.1), 41(3.1) and 51(16.1) of the Planning Act, its three pages define development approval, development proponent and supporting documents, and set out the pre-application consultation meeting and complete-application steps that come before an official plan amendment, zoning by-law amendment, plan of subdivision or condominium, or site plan application in Markham.
