Overview
The City of Markham's Licensing, Permit and Service Fees By-law 2012-137 in its consolidation to January 1, 2025, a 21-page printing amended up to By-law 2025-18. Beside the by-law's sections on fees, prorating, late renewal charges, payment, interest and enforcement, it carries all three schedules: Schedule A licence fees for business, animal and other licences, Schedule B administrative fees, including property standards, zoning, sign, road occupancy, pool enclosure and tree preservation inspection fees, and Schedule C pro-rated licence fees.
