The City of Markham's Zoning Preliminary Review Submission form, a one-page form prescribed by the Chief Building Official under the City of Markham Building By-law for zoning preliminary review applications. It records the project location and the review type (low-rise residential, interior alteration, multiple residential, non-residential or land division) with the number of units, buildings or lots, and whether the proposal is connected to a Planning Act application. It then identifies the owner, as registered property owner or tenant/future tenant, and the applicant.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
