Overview

The Town of Milton's By-law No. 064-2026, passed July 13, 2026, a 74-page by-law establishing rates, fees and charges for municipal services and repealing the earlier user fee by-laws, including 071-2025 but not Building User Fee By-law 081-2022. Its schedules run from recreation programs to planning services, with fee tables that carry effective dates for 2026 and 2027. It is the fee source the Town's permit pages cite for site alteration, road occupancy, sign and certificate of occupancy fees.
