The City of Mississauga Planning and Building Department's Form 5, used when occupancy of part or all of a building is sought before construction is finished, and authorized under the City of Mississauga Building By-law. Section D records the number of units or the floor area in square metres proposed for occupancy; the lettering then skips E and closes at F with the applicant's declaration. The office-use block carries the permit fee, the building, fire prevention, plumbing and HVAC inspection clearances, and the Chief Building Official's approval.
