By-law Number 1994-134 of the Town of Oakville, passed November 21, 1994, designating the Trafalgar Road Heritage Conservation District under section 41(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act. The 11-page scan holds the by-law, Schedule A (a map of the district boundary and the areas excluded from it), and the Ontario Municipal Board's decision and order of July 14, 1995, which approves the by-law with Schedule A amended at the district's north-west corner. The Trafalgar Road plan is listed separately.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
