Overview

The Tree Protection Declaration of the Town of Oakville's Forestry Services, a two-page form that states it is not a permit application form. It lists seven confirmations about endangered or at-risk tree species, trees of 15 cm or more under the Private Tree Protection By-law, site plan trees, public and boundary trees, the Tree Protection Zone and neighbouring trees, then an applicant's declaration naming the Town's tree by-laws and procedures. It is linked from Oakville's house, deck, basement, shed and demolition permit pages.
