Overview
The Richmond Hill Official Plan (2010) in its June 2025 office consolidation, a text-only edition with figures, tables, schedules and appendices, including amendments approved as of May 2025. An explanatory note covers appeals still before the Ontario Land Tribunal, annotated in comment boxes. The Plan sets the vision and guiding principles, city-building policies on growth, environment, economy, place-making and mobility, land use designations, implementation tools such as zoning, site plan control and consents, exceptions and definitions, and the West Gormley, North Leslie, Richmond Hill Centre and Yonge/Bernard secondary plans.
