The City of Richmond Hill Planning and Building Services Department's Municipal Street Naming and Addressing Guide, dated August 2026. Section 1 covers street naming: the approval and assignment process, the Approved Street Name List, private street names in low-rise multi-residential developments, name categories including those honouring people who gave their life in public service and charitable auction names, suitability rules and suffixes. Section 2 covers addressing — Yonge Street as reference point, even and odd sides, courts, crescents, corner lots — address changes and the addressing process.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
