Seventeen tick-box items under Division C, Article 1.3.3.1 run from structure and enclosing walls completed to the roof through exits, shafts, plumbing, lighting, sprinkler and fire alarm systems, garbage rooms and firefighting access. A second list gives the additional items for combustible Group C and D buildings under Article C.1.3.3.5. It accompanies the partial occupancy applicant guide.

What it covers

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.
