The City of Toronto's municipal numbering application, filed with Engineering and Construction Services under Chapter 598, Numbering of Properties, to assign or reassign an address. It records the applicant, the property, its former municipality — East York, Etobicoke, North York, Toronto, Scarborough or York — the registered owner, then the activity: a Committee of Adjustment decision or OMB order, part lot control exemption, new subdivision, condominium, addressing of whole lots, amalgamation, an unaddressed property, a new main entrance facing another street, or an address change, supporting plans listed by type.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
