Overview

The Cabbagetown Northwest Heritage Conservation District Heritage Character Statement and District Plan, marked Final Draft and dated August 2007, prepared by the City's Heritage Preservation Services with the Cabbagetown Preservation Association. Based on the 2001 Cabbagetown-Metcalfe Area plan, its 101 pages follow the same three parts: the district statement and principles, conservation practice advisory notes, and guidelines for alterations, additions and new construction. The City lists it beside the North, Metcalfe and South Cabbagetown plans.
