Map 2, Urban Structure, a one-page map of the Toronto Official Plan, published by the City of Toronto's City Planning division in June 2026. A note says it includes known in-effect Official Plan Amendments up to OPA840, July 31, 2025, and cites Ontario Land Tribunal Case No. OLT-25-000221, whose order leaves certain lands under appeal and outside the Avenues overlay, identified in Attachment 1 to that order.
