The Building Code's Schedule 2 as Toronto Building publishes it, naming the installer of an on-site sewage system on a permit application. A branching question asks whether the installer is engaged in the business of constructing, installing, repairing, servicing, cleaning or emptying sewage systems under Building Code Article 3.3.1.1, Division C, with a path for an installer unknown at the time of application. Registered installer details and BCIN, two qualified supervisors with their Building Code Identification Numbers, and the applicant's declaration fill the single page.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
