Overview

The earlier editions of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville's Official Plan kept on its Official Plan page. The 2025 set holds the Minister's Notice of Decision of September 25, 2025, approving the new plan with 131 modifications and withholding a decision on Employment Areas, By-law 2024-057-OP adopting Re-Imagine Stouffville, and the text and schedules approved that day. The 2004 set is the April 2025 office consolidation of the plan the Ontario Municipal Board approved on June 23, 2004, whole and as Sections 1 to 9; its secondary plans are separate records.
