A five-page Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Planning & Development Services guide and application on legal non-conforming uses, dated 2015. The guide sets a legal non-complying use beside a legal non-conforming use, notes the Committee of Adjustment's powers under section 45(2) of the Planning Act, names the three circumstances in which the Town may ask for an application, and lists forms of evidence such as affidavits, tax records and dated aerial photos, with guidelines for affidavits. The application records the applicant, owner, property, uses and structures, accompanying documents and the owner's authorization.
