Overview

The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville's Administrative Policy and Procedure No. 94, effective May 4, 2022, setting out how the Development Planning Division maintains and closes inactive planning application files — official plan and zoning by-law amendments, draft plans of subdivision and condominium, site plans and removal of part lot control. It defines an inactive file and describes the written notices sent at six and twelve months, the File Maintenance Fee under the Fees and Charges By-law, extensions and file closure. The Town's planning application forms carry an owner acknowledgment of it.
