Overview

A two-page Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville form for requesting the Town's pre-approved additional residential unit (ARU) design plan packages. It records the requestor's details, the project or property address and which of four designs is wanted — The Betz, The Flint, The Forsyth or The George — then sets out conditions of use: the plans are for review and building permit process uses only, and the Town and Duncan Patterson Architecture keep ownership. It is the Request Form on the Town's Pre-Approved ARU Designs page, returned to preapprovedaru@townofws.ca.
