Overview
Schedule 1: Designer Information, the one-page schedule the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville links beside its building permit application on ten permit pages as for BCIN designers, and used once for each individual who reviews and takes responsibility for design activities on the project. It records that individual and firm, ticks design categories from Building Code Table 3.5.2.1. of Division C, from house and small buildings to fire protection and on-site sewage systems, and carries the designer's declaration with individual and firm BCINs and notes on architect and engineer licence holders.
