Overview

The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville’s schedules to its primary official plan, listed under their own heading on its Official Plan page: Figure 1 Community Structure; Schedules A to C on the Greenland System, land use and transportation, aggregate resource areas, estate residential and rural residential clusters; and Schedules H to K with appendices ORM I to ORM V for the Oak Ridges Moraine Plan Area. Each map prints its own office consolidation, January 2023 or April 2025. The Committee of Adjustment page points to Schedule “B” for a property’s designation.
