The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville's Cultural Heritage Impact Assessment guidelines, revised in 2020 and linked from its Built Heritage Inventory page, which ties a CHIA to removing a listed property through demolition. They state the Town's preference for keeping heritage structures in place, name the applications that call for the study, from a demolition permit to a plan of subdivision, and list its elements, from research under Ont. Reg. 9/06 and a statement of significance to a recommended conservation strategy. A newer York Region terms of reference shares the title.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
