The Energy Efficiency Design Summary for Building Code Part 9 residential buildings, a two-page form revised November 27, 2013, in two copies, one with the Town of Aurora pre-printed as municipality. It records project information, the SB-12 compliance option (prescriptive, performance, Energy Star or EnerGuide 80), design conditions, building specifications, performance design verification and the house designer. A guide explains each section and covers airtightness and labelling. It is the earlier general edition beside the Town's Prescriptive Method form.
