Overview

The Building Division's calculation sheet for Oak Ridges Moraine Landform Conservation Area, a two-page sheet from the Town of Aurora. It prints the Category 1 and Category 2 percentages for disturbed and impervious areas, the zones where the provisions apply within the Oak Ridges Moraine Settlement Area, and definitions of disturbance to landform character and impervious surfaces. It then gives a worked example for an 8,000 square metre lot and blank statistics tables for each category. It supports building permit zoning review.
