Overview

A one-page City of Brampton by-law amending its tariff of fees, By-law 380-2003, so that Schedule J carries a single replacement line: an Architectural Control Review Fee of $50.00 per unit, for development not subject to site plan control. Its recitals set it on subsection 391(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 and on the Architectural Control of Ground Related Residential Development program Council approved in August 2008. It comes into force on passing, and is signed by the Mayor and Clerk.
