Overview

The City of Brampton Building Division's 2026 Fee Schedule for building permits, revised February 2026, separate from the City's planning application fees. Fees are set as dollar-per-square-metre multipliers by class of permit and occupancy classification across the assembly, institutional, residential, business, mercantile and industrial groups, with flat fees for certified model options, decks, garages, re-roofing, demolition, designated structures, stand-alone HVAC and plumbing, and private sewage systems. Administration fees close it, among them compliance letters, conditional permits, revisions, permit transfers, inspection recalls and document reproduction.
