Overview

The owner declaration the City of Brampton's Zoning Services, Building Division issues for a below grade entrance — the companion to Schedule A, which covers a basement finish, and separate from the Planning and Development Services Schedule B of part lot control deadlines. It carries the owner's name, address and permit application number, records the acknowledgement that the dwelling may contain only one residential unit under By-law 270-2004, as amended, and the certification that the entrance will not serve as a means of egress to an additional residential dwelling unit.
