Overview
The City of Brampton's Notice of Authorization to Apply for and Undertake Construction, applicable to all condominium corporations and revised April 2026, which the City's pages link as the Notice of Permission to Construct. Addressed to the Chief Building Official, it records the building permit application number, the location and unit, the unit owner, the registered business and its operating name, and the proposed work, from unit finish and change of use to signage, tents and façade alterations. The condominium corporation's authorized signing officer signs its acknowledgement and authorization.
