Overview

The owner declaration the City of Brampton's Zoning Services, Building Division issues for a basement finish — the companion to Schedule B, which covers a below grade entrance, and to Schedule A1 for a second unit with owner occupied space. It carries the owner's name, property address and permit application number, records the acknowledgement that the dwelling may contain only one residential unit under By-law 270-2004, as amended, and the certification that the finished basement will not serve as a separate dwelling or an independent residential unit.
