A one-page letter form addressed to the City of Brampton's Chief Building Official, on which a solicitor verifies who owns the lots and blocks that permit applications are being brought forward for. It names the solicitor's company, address and contact, identifies the registered owner and, where the owner is a beneficial owner, the date that owner takes title and possession, and lists the registered plan, the lots and blocks covered, and any conditions. A reviewed-by line is left for City staff.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
