Overview

Nine files of Brampton's 2024 development charges by-laws: office consolidations of By-laws 110-2024 to 117-2024, one for each service (by-law enforcement, development-related studies, fire, library, public works, recreation, roads and transit), passed July 10, 2024, plus By-law 126-2024 amending General Government By-law 129-2019. Each sets definitions, the charge for residential and non-residential development, indexing, exemptions and phasing, with Schedules A and B of rates. The City's rate sheets and pamphlet summarise them.
