Form C-3 in the City of Brampton's financial contribution series, the one narrowed to a change of use from industrial to an auto repair shop — where Form C-1 covers a change of use generally and Form C-2 a demolition. It runs two parallel floor area verifications, one for the existing building and one for the new, each with the same five deductible areas covering mechanical space, temporary parking and loading, shelf and rack storage systems, below grade space and non-commercial parking.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
